I have a 2006 Mustang. I now have a 2 week old baby. His car seat doesn't seem to fit AT ALL! It feels very unsafe for him. Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe I have it installed wrong... Or maybe this car isn't made for a baby!
Does anyone have a newer Mustang with a child seat? Please write me back!

I'm still looking for a car seat/booster seat for my girlfriend's 3 year old. I'm probably being picky too because i want a little racer seat that looks good with the red interior. She thinks i'm nuts cuz i wanna get her a race suit and a helmet.... I'd be interested to know what you find.

The 05's aren't supposed to have a car seat in the front. In the back on top and inbetween the seat backs and bottoms there are mounting points for the safety straps+locking hooks that most car seats come with these days. The rear seats aren't safe with just the seat belt (or so I'm told).

my 4yr olds car seat doesn't fit in my 07 either....but it did fit perfect in my 68.

Its a mustang - a sports car. kids that age dont belong in there until they reach a booster seat stage and then only then you can stap them into the front seat.

SUV and Mini van are for the kids. not daddy other pride and joy

Ratchet strap em to the roof and hope they don't make the car vibrate.

I beg to differ, I got my Mustang over a Vette b/cI can take my kids cruising with me. I didn't want to hog all the fun myself!

I hauled my nephew around in a car seat last summer when he was about 6 months old. It fit fine in the back seat.

yea, when i had to babysit for my friend, the kids carseat fit fine in the back
