To Beat a new Camaro
What are we gonna need to do for mods to beat a 400hp camaro? Im talking about the new ones coming out next year... Im not about to give up my car i love it to death...But yeah, other than SC'ing and NOS, what would we need to do to be able to compete?

Every time chevrolet comes out with a performance car they price it so high that it will be slow to show up on the streets . it will be years before you see them often and they will never sell in the numbers that mustang does. for the same amount of money the camaro sells for you will be able to build a camaro killer out of any car you want to start with. imho.

The question should be what are they going to have to do to beat you? You have the advantage of 3 years of modifications. If it is a majorconcern of yours you shouldalreadybe working on that. Because stock for stock the old Camaro will beat you let alone the new one.

When the new Camaro hits the showroom, someone take their Mustang and act like you are trading it in for the Camaro. You would hav eto be sincere to the sales guy. Then report back to us on what you found out. I would love to see how much our Mustangs would bring and how much the dealer is going to rip on the Chevy guys like the Ford dealers did on us when our cars first came out.
Any bets on how much over sticker? 10K, 15K, 20K, 25K, 30K?
