well, last monday I finally picked up my GT! it came in the friday prior, I had to drool over it for a weekend while waiting for payment to clear, then picked it up monday. Today I got it detailed and painted the calipers, let me know what you guys think! there's nothing too fancy going on here, I upgraded from a peice of **** 1997 nissan altima that had a blown muffler, leaky trunk and a tendency to backfire, so a stock mustang GT is a HUUUUUGE improvement

what do you guys think of the red accents (calipers / fog lights)? I'm thinking about switching to maybe a lime green, which will match the blue more. for now I like the red though

Looks good except for the fog lights. They don't match the rest of the car.

Welcome to the forum, and congrats on your purchase your gonna love this car. A word of advice though lose those red fogs you'll get stopped everytime you drive, make them blue to match your car, btw I painted my calipers Ford Blue. Enjoy!!!

Nice choice, brakes look good, get rid of those red fogs, and don't make them blue as said above. I've had a couple friends pulled over for blue turn signals. They were told blue is used to represent law enforcement vehicles. So I wouldn't sugguest that. Just put some silverstars in your heads, and fogs, and you'll be happy.

yea my dad is a cop, I asked him about the red foglights and he said he wasn't too sure. Basically means he'd bust your ***** if you got on his nerves, which means any other cop would pull me over lol

I kinda like the idea of the red accents with blue as the main color. I'll lose the red fogs though so I don't get hassled

I think once it gets warmer I'll repaint the calipers to a green color for something that matches instead

You'll get stop for red or blue lenses on your fogs. Go with amber.

Looks good aside from the red fog lights. They don't match the car at all, and take away from the whole look seeing as they're the first thing a person notices.
