Default Roush Mustangs

Can I buy a pre-assembled Roush Mustang that's built by Roush? Or I have to buy the Roush kits, and let the dealer assembles it?

You can buy any of the pre-built Stage 1, 2, or 3 Roush Mustangs from authorized dealers. Also the new 427 is available. Check their website for details.

No, my question is, who build the Roush Mustangs? Authorized dealers? Or by Roush themselves.

Both Shebly and Saleen Mustangs are assembled in their own performance centers.

One of mylocal Ford dealers (Krieger Ford in Columbus, OH - also a long-ime SVT shop) is an authorized Roush 'builder' and claims to have put together the various stage Roush cars he has on the lot. He was willing to sell me the parts but if I installed myself the warranty was more limited.

Hope that helps.

Roush built cars from Livonia are certified and numbered. A dealer built one will not be "certified". You just have to decide if that is important to you. Same stuff, just put on by different folks.

Back in Dec. when I bought my Mustang, the dealer had 4 different Roush Mustangs for sell. Here's picture of one of them.....not sure if the orange one was a Roush;
