Default For those looking for Hurst

Just to let you know, Jegs has the Hurst shifter still in stock. They have something like 12 or 13 of them at the moment.

Thanks for the update. I'm waiting for mine, but I'm in no rush as the weather here has taken a dump once more. Brenspeed said they'll be getting some in within 7-10 business days and I just kept my order instead of cancelling.

Not to dissuade you from your order, but I called Brenspeed today and they said that the last they heard was something like 2 weeks. He also said that there have been some odd rumors (I assume about Hurst being sold to B&M) and that's probably why it's taking so long for them to get more.
Brenspeed sells them for something like $175, but I got the one from Jegs for about $200. I guess I'd rather pay a little extra than wait. As for the installation, there are quite a few threads on this, all of which say it's very simple.

Mellowyellow06 I installed mine last weekend. Real simple, regular hand tools and loctite. Definitely makes a big difference in shifting. Worth the $$
