I have a 2005 mustang and I was wondering of anyone knew how to take off the rear interior panels that serve as the arm rests for the back seat? I'm in the middle of running some RCA cables for my stereo and I sure they just pop right off but I don't want there to be some hidden screw I didn't see and it tear up my panel. Does anyone know how to remove them? I've searched the forum and can't find anything.

I've done a how-to on the rear trim removal, for the lower stuff to run RCA's, remove the three push pins from it, one below the seat, and two behind the seat-back after you fold it down. And remove the sill plate, but if you are running RCA's I'm sure you already have it removed, if not just pull up on it. After that, stick your hand down in the hole the seat belt comes out at the top of that lower trim and pull, there are only about 2 or three pressure clips holding it in. the rest is just maneuvering to get it out. The seat cusion is a piece of cake too, there is one clip on each side holding it down, push towards the trunk and up and they will release.
