The gloss you can wax, flat you can't. I did mine gloss white because I like contrast. Looks really cool. To me the back of the car (stock) is too much of one color.

I have the Mineral Grey with matte BOSS stripes and I had the spoiler painted matte black also. However I have the gloss black light covers and blackout panel. I like the contrast, and yes its easy to clean and wax.

My co-worker has a Vista Blue/Black vert with black stripes. He just got the magnetic deck blackout piece. It is black matte and looks very good - for 40 bucks. It was not what I was expecting. I thought it would bea solid plastic piece but it is like a soft magnetic piece - like a refrigerator magnet. You can remove it or install it - peel - in 5 seconds. Iplan on getting this for my satin silver vert. Again, it is 40 bucks and looks goodenough for me. Better than a sharpie.

Becareful using magnets on painted surfaces. I have seen magnets that have been on a car for awhile, like the 'support our troops' ones that after they were taken off they still left and image where the magnaet was. It discolored the paint.

^^ thats not because the magnet changed the paint, its because its kept on so long the rest of the car faded in color.
And I voted Matte, I think that would look the best....
