Mods and Warranties
Ok, I receive delivery within the week, and have been looking into mods for my 2007 GT California Edition. I am a loud exhaust freak. Due to the fact that I am stationed in Germany, I hafta keep the decibel level below 90. I also wanna take out the governor,if the car even has one. Will make my autobahn time here in Europe alot more fun. Anyways, what can I do in the way of exhaust and tuners that won't void my warranty? Also, anyone know a nice sounding exhaust like a flowmaster or such that won't exceed 90 decibels. Thanks on the help in advance.

RE: Mods and Warranties
There is not a top end limiterjust a rev limiter on the GT. I am not sure about the exhaust. You will probably have to keep it stock until you come back State side. The stock exhaust doesn't sound bad. It is quiet on idle, but sounds good when you get into it. I would like to take mine down the Autobahn. I was in Germany last year, but was driving a Turbo Passat. I would love if they run our interstates the way they run the autobahn in Germany. Of course you would have to have speed limits around the cities, but let it rip on the open road. The thing that took me a while to get used to in Germany was no stop signs and all exits called ausfart. Cheers..............

RE: Mods and Warranties
Thanks for the reply. Any clue what the rev limiter is set at? Would really hate to be in an autobahn speed convoy and the rev limiter hits. I already know there will be cars flashing me out of the way, but would like to know my Limits. I did test drive the Normal GT automatic. It wasn't as ballsy as the BMW 335I twin turbo 3.0L, But that one was also a standard. Anyways, the autobahn was still fun. I hit 125 Miles per hour pretty darn fast, and then had to slow down due to people driving 90 and 100. How rude!.lol. Anyone know about the warranty and the exhaust?
