Sorry I didnt know you were the incredible hulk lol j/k...
I honestly am going by what I was told about installing engine mounts... There are a lot of bolts and dismounting of certain things to just be able to separate the engine enough to where you can get to the engine mounts...
Only way I see you tackling this project yourself is if you have a lift and a jack

As far as I know they do not lower the engine.
Installtion as far as I knew was raise car up, nice block of wood under engine, lift a little bit change one side at a time, no big deal, but I could be wrong.
