RE: HID for 2005+ GT
i messed up and ordered the single kit by accident...didnt know they had a dual beam....when i called the tech guy to see why they didnt light up with the high beams he looked at my order and told me i ordered the single....at this point it was daylight and i couldnt see how bright the lows were..he told me the highs were a waste since the lows are way brighter than stock hi's...well he wasnt kidding..that night i couldnt believe how good it looked...once again sorry for not having photos...its killing me cause i wanna show them off..ill be getting my gf's camera on tues night so ill take some pics and post them late tues....they also have the foglight kit..the good thing is you can pick what color you want.....if you send them in photos of your new HID headlights..they take $25 off of your foglight hid order......im gonna order the 10000k fogs to have a little contrast....i think with the 8000k on all 4 lights it would be too much...so ill have the blue headlights with the fogs being a bit more purple....but after installing the kit there is no need for fogs like there was when they were stock....come back tues for pics

hey Agleon,
i just re-read your first post...are you under the impresion that the 3000k burn cooler than the 8000 or 10000k kit?.....if so you are wrong.....all HIDs burn at the same temp (which is always cooler than halogens)...the 3000k is the COLOR TEMP.....the higher the color temp (K) the more purple the color.....the lower the color temp the more white....the mercedes and lexus' you see at night are about 4300-8000k........so if you wanna get the 3000k kit bc you are afraid the 8000k will melt your housing then than you got your facts mixed up.... http://www.stangmods.com/PhotoGaller...=4#largerphoto.... check out the different colors on this site..they are all the same temp (farenheit) but diff color temps (k's)
