I don't think they will put out to pasture....regardlees of the sales decline for early 07

Why would they want to put a car in the pasture, when it clearly is the best selling car they have?

Just keep in mind what Pipas said 'Two months is hardly a litmus test for the entire year, particularly when the two months aren't big sales months for anything, let alone two-door sports coupes."

Also keep in mind, many of us who own the 2007 model bought it in 2006.....so, there ya go! When summer rolls around sells will be up again.

It's silly to think that gas prices and Al Gore will put the stang "to pasture" when the article itself said the new generation of the Challenger and Camaro are just around the corner. I don't think these are planned to be fuel efficient vehicles. If anything kills the stang it will be its competitors and Ford's craftmanship itself.
