C&L heatshield on JLT intake? will it fit?

C&L heatshield on JLT intake? will it fit?
Was at Hot Import Nights with stangpede this weekend in San Mateo and we hard to run some gas off to get my car into the show. Well it got really hot and it actually warped the heat shield that the intake sits on. Would i be able to use the C&L heatshield on my JLT intake? i have always liked how it seals up againts the hood and how the intake has its own hold to sit in. but will it fit?
