I tried doing this but i couldnt get it to work

I held the menu button and "RDS off" appeared so i tapped the seek button but it never switched to "RDS on". Oh well I'll try again tomorrow

It was explained to me when I took delivery of my car. One of the few things if not the only thing my dealership did right.

If you press the middle button (TEXT)on your radio, you will see the name of the song. Press it again and you will see the name of the artists. One more press will tell you the name of the radio station.
Right now I'm enjoying my Sirius Satellite.
The only thing is, I wished it would scroll. Some songs are longer than what can be displayed.
