I started waving in my 94 stang. Cooled it down with time untilI got the 05. Then stangers just started to wave back. Here, the winters are long. You don't see that many stangs. So when spring comes around, in another month , then I guess the owners just get excited. As long as there are stangs around, I'll keep acknowledging!

I'll wave to them. People who I know wave back. Sometimes people I don't know wave back. But, I'm in the South, so people just do that sort of thing regardless. If I know the people, I'll wave to them no matter what they're driving.

I'll wave to other bikers when I'm on the bike, too. It's funny when the Harley guys give you the bird.

Seems like most of the guys from NY always get a wave back..I'm from NY too..and when I wave, I also usually get a wave back.

I put up a post on this subject a while ago. I started noticing that there were a few different types of Mustang owners. Those that wave back, those that are too "cool" to wave back, those that are completely oblivious and don't even seem to notice that you're driving the same style car, and finally those that have let their Mustang deteriorateto the point that you can hardly tell it apart froma K-car.
Anyway, I wave but in Michigan it's been about a 20% return on my show of appreciation.

i like this post..haha i wave occasionally but anytime i get waived at i give them a whats up back. it's how we roollll

I get waves all the time when driving my '01 Vette...not so in the Stang...it seems more like there's this big competitiveness between Stang owners.

I waved at a middle aged guy today in a redfire GT and I got the dirtiest look ever, it's not like the Jeep guys they wave at everyone. That's one thing I kinda miss about my old Wrangler.

ITs a known fact "most" Mustang owners are jerks, Not to long ago i was driving and this guy in a red saleen S197 is staring at me so i wave then he gave a dirty look i was like WTF? Another time was at the O.C. cruise at the Saleen parking lot there was a yellow stang S197 with Forgeline wheels and my buddy a S197 owner also tried to talk to him and ask him what type of wheels he had, just to make small talk.....he just gave him the cold shoulder he asked for like the third time gave him a boogus answer "TSW Wheels".......On the other hand Legend lime owners always give me a wave

I live in Washington State and I only get a wave back in the spring and summer time when I can put the top down.
The rest of the year it's raining and my windows are to dark for them to see.[>:] But that is my fault.
