I was thinking about the GT500 TB also, and I have always been one to say dont get one cause they cause nightmares. I know I dont need anymore flow since I am lightly modified at this point and not goint FI anyway. But if they see some more MPG and maybe a few HP on a N/A car I might get it. It should have the problems that have been seen many times with other aftermarket TBs. We will see what kind of numbers they get.

I would definatley like to see some more user experiences and some dyno testing--preferably 3rd-party, as we all know how much wishful thinking there is in manufacturer-specified HP claims. It may well be that the Ford TB will resolve the driveability or limp-mode problems, but I still doubt there will be a HP gain on a lightly modded engine. That has been established with the existing TB options already.
