new tires.........michelin MXM4's.......they don't suck
quite sticky actually. they bite hard, look great, and from what i hear, are pretty decent in the rain. they look quite muscular, even in stock size.
2nd gear no longer burns for 1.5 seconds before hooking. a little SCREEEE and then its planted. car actually hooks up in first now, LOL.
my buddy's RSX type S actually came stock with these exact tires (different size though).
so overall im pleased.

Glad to hear it! Maybe being on a RWD car makes a difference with those tires. For some reason they just . . . bugged me on my RSeX.
Sorry, I did neglect to mention that they were OEM on the Type-S. Also, you might want to let your buddy know that the Yokohama AVS ES100 are a pretty decent tire for about half the price. Their tread life ain't great, but you can definitely feel that .91g grip.
Regardless, its good the MXM4s are working out for you. Cheers.
