Looking forward to hearing from you when the install is complete. I heard from unofficial sources that Saleen superchargers had some problems....maybe just bad rumors. Post some pics soon!!!

I'll take a bunch of photos of the install. first I need to find a good shop around Chicago. Someone that can dyno tune it as well.
I'm looking to get somewhere around 430rwhp. Is this achievable with the standard kit? or is there anything else I need to get?
how 'bout CAI? would the FRPP CAI work with the saleen s/c??? I love the way it looks.
any other suggestions are welcomed.
thanks guys

I was told the kit is designed to be used with the stock cold air intake and filter housing and that is how the one I saw being installed was done.

so i've heard it too. however i heard that you can also use the c&l or the jlt cai with the saleen s/c as weel. I'm thinking the ford racing one should fit just fine. i think that as long it is a 90mm it should be ok. if anyone knows this for sure or has the frpp on with the saleenator please let me know

The Saleen replaces the intake manifold. It uses the OEM (or aftermarket) throttle body in the OEM location. Everything in front of the tb, whether stock pipe and airbox or aftermarket intake and filter, remains unchanged.
