Stang is too low to drive

RE: Stang is too low to drive
I would've went with sportlines, but my driveway is to steep. I already almost rip off my front bumper going in the driveway and have less than a half of an inch clearance from scraping the paint off it.
I have to be very carefuly over bumps or dips in the road, but I do wish I was running sportlines. I clear a drive on lift with less than a half inch as well.

why do you guys go to places like jiffy lube and other places like that to get your oil changed??? places like that are some of the worst places to get ripped off
but i would go with eibach pro kit it sits right on my car i can still clear speed bumps

As an aside, if you do your own oil, you can drive up on several pieces of wood to get just high enough for the hydraulic jack to get under the car. Just an idea. . . The quick lube places aren't bad if you're time is worth more than your money to you and you don't want to deal with "where do i put all this used oil ?".

^^^i watched a vid about places like that and was talking to my auto tech teacher about them....both him and the video said that places like that "forget" to do a bunch of things like change your filter and all

No problem clearing speed bumps with the sportlines, but if you have a body kit it might be a little tuffer.
BTW>Lots of places rip people off. It's up to you to make sure your not one of those people. Be educated before a purchase of any kind. I don't have a garage to change my own oil so I have no choice. I just watch them do the work with my own eyes and get to see the old filters/parts. A good trick is to make a mark on it before going in so you know it's yours when it's removed.

RE: Stang is too low to drive
I always went to Jiffy lube types with my old car, then took my mustang to the dealer for an oil change. I was suprised that it only cost a few dollars more. Sometimes they even run specials making it actually cheaper than the quick lubes. I am going to always use a dealer now.
