Dynatechs and new motor mounts?

RE: Dynatechs and new motor mounts?
I bought my header kit from Summit Racing. At the time the price was $1295 I do belive. I do all my own installs, so that was all I paid. The Dynatech kit is 100% complete and has all the bolts, clamps, gaskets, and so forth.

I was just at the shop yesterday and they were showing me the install, super clean and perfect fit... I asked him what he had to do, and if I remember correctly, he had to raise the motor.. but other than that it's seems fairly easy...
Also, regarding the dyantechs, any one using the LT/X-Pipe/High Flow Cats/American Thunder combo?? I only got a chance to hear it for about 20 seconds inside the garage... Seemd to sound pretty mean and pretty loud, just wondering how anyone likes that combo....
An another note, seeing as how I'm an audio engineer, I was thinking it might be cool for me to take a few of my good microphones and set up up a lil recording session of the exhaust notes... any intrest in that? All I've ever heard are crappy camcorder mic's, I could record a much higher quality sound sample....

Yes, you have to raise the motor during the installation. It sounds like a big deal but it is not. You just unbolt the motor mounts and stick a jack under the oil pan. It takes just a few minutes. Once you're done you lower it back down.
I posted scans of the Dynatech directions several months ago. The directions are VERY throrough and explain everything, with images included. If someone wants to use the search to dig them back up that might help.
