Dynatechs and new motor mounts?
I am getting ready to have some Dynatech long tubes installed. They have 1 3/4" primaries. Are they going to fit with no problem or am I going to need new motor mounts to make them clear.

RE: Dynatechs and new motor mounts?
The shop that installed mine used the stock motor mounts.

RE: Dynatechs and new motor mounts?
I have the Dynatechs as well, and even though I chose to install new motor mounts for the drivetrain stiffness advantages, they are NOT needed for the Dynatech headers.

I'm going with the Dynatech's as well. I've decided to add motor mounts any ways...

Did you realize any significant rwhp gain with the long-tubes?

Certainly. I gained 19 RWHP before and after the LT install. (No tune changes...or any funny business. Just before and after on the same dyno).
