hey about to buy a WHITE 05 mustang GT and i wanted to know what you guys think would look better some black rims or just some silver rims

Are you adding any additional black stuff? I.e., stripes, hood scoop, etc? I've always say..go with your theme..whatever that is, to ensure it flows. Even if you think the window, black rims would look nice. On the other hand...chrome or silver goes well with everything...IMO

I would go with black, especially if you plan on complimenting it with other stuff... show us some pics when you get the rims.

I prefer chrome with white. Unless, like Tpony said, you plan on adding other things like a scoop , stripes, or flat black louvers, then the black wheels would compliment.

JMO though.

I got the American Racing TT 2's in grey. So far I haven't seen these on another white mustang.(or ANY Mustang for that matter)
However, I love the 18" polished bullitts on white cars also.

Black stripes, accents etc. but rims just black would be too much. Chrome rims are the best but a silver is OK. But like with everyone it's your car and your the one looking at it everyday. Do what "you" want.

Gotta agree with raserx on this one. Have the Ford-made polished Bullitts on my tungsten grey and while I initially did think about switching them out, they've just grown on me.Ithink they'll give you a little more flexibilityin mods too, but that's my opin.
