Let The Whipple Project Begin!!!

RE: Let The Whipple Project Begin!!!
So far its a piece of cake. The instructions are pretty awesome and very very detailed with photos and arrows for most steps. I must warn you though.....its 78 pages of instructions. LOL. Do not back out of the install just because of that though. You will learn a lot about your GT by doing this. I recommend each of you personally install it yourself (if you can change your plugs...you can handle this). I will post pictures later. Gotta run to the store and grap a darn torque wrench.

Seriously, for me to take photos (step-by-step) would be a complete waste of time because the only difference you would see is that my photos would be in color and the instruction photos are black and white. Whipple did a superiour job helping out anyone that wants to do the install themself. I have spent a total of 2 hours on the install and I am already through page 23. Its not that tough at all!!
I will post some photos later and add a couple comments to them - just to add to the instructions from Whipple. If I get time, I will see if my brother can scan the entire instruction manual to a .pdf format and just upload it on this forum (if it allows).

Nah, I bought those and the gauges in the background. I have about ten different things I am trying to install all at once. I am trying to decide on a replacement for the crap Shaker that keeps killing my battery. I am looking at the Avic Z1 but it seems to be hard to find here. I just dont want to spend the $2k on a new head unit and that not fix my dead battery problems.
I was also going to install some LTs and h-pipes but they were not going to make it here in the time I needed them.
So I will save that for a later project

Soooooo many? Sheesh what do you guys do for a living, rob banks? Guess I could have one if I didn't spend as much money on my bride. At least she appreciates cars even more now because of me. Even helps me work on them.
