Kenne Bell S/C
I just recieved my s/c from Kenne Bell and I'm so excited I could almost pee my pants. Anyway I'm going to try and install it on Sunday with 2 buddies and was wondering if anyone might have some tips from previous installs. I've looked through the instructions and everything looks pretty simple but you always run into those weird things. Anyway thanks in advance and I appreciate any feedback I can get.

Advice: Buy beer...you'll need it!
Seriously, the wiring is the most involved part. Do yourself a favor and solder all the connections. Buy some heat shrink tubing and run a 1 inch or so piece down the wire a ways (far from the solder joint heat). Twist the wires and solder them together. Run the heat shrink over the wires and heat with the side of the iron or a lighter--just enough heat to shrink. There are fancy hair-dryer heat shrink devices, but I've done Ok with a lighter. This is from a guy that used to wire aircraft...how's that for scary??
Buy one of those $20 cutoff tools from Harbor Freight or somewhere. You'll appreciate it when you have to cut the rear of the headlight bucket out--wear goggles/headsets.

Good luck with your install, I will do mine (whipple) soon, I dont have much experience to share as my last one was a paxton, however I'd say take your time, and follow the instructions to the letter and no shortcuts, checking every step twice will save you a lot of headaches later, I can imagine you are alreadyanxiousto finish your car and go out for aride but beleive me rush is not your friend here.
