I have been looking for a way to hook-up my laptop to the mustang. I would like to see the complet readout of the car on the computer. But I have only seen it in movies.

You should take a look at SCT's Pro Racer package, or the new Livewire tuner.
Kind of a G-tech + data + tuner.

I think w/ a SCT or like handeld and a network wire you can data log using a laptop... you laptop has to have the SCT software on it and you connect the handheld to the car and the SCT to the laptop.... that's my understanding anyway....

That is correct. Hook up the SCT XCAL II to the car, use a usb port to the laptop, and use the Live Link 3 program.There is a lot you can data log, and whne you save it, it saves as a .cvs file that is used for excel.

I was looking at the JET Performance Products, couldn't find a Dynamic Spectrum Tuner wich is supose to hook-up directly to the car's CPU, which alows you to control every aspeck of the car's CUP. Is it possible to use the SCT XCAL II to control every aspect of the car.
