What brand suspension should I go with?
I am going to be buying suspension parts tomorrow and was wondering who you guys think makes better parts. Lethal Performance has a sale on BMR and Fast Toys has a sale on Spohn, if there is a better company to go with that has decent pricing feel free to chime in. Thanks.

This depends on what part you are wanting to buy. Describe what parts you want and then we can discuss what is the best brand of those parts.
For the most part Spohn and BMR are identical, but there are a few differences here and there.
Don't get me wrong--BMR is fantastic. But, other brands can be good (or not) depending on what you are in the market for....

The MMR adjustable LCAs are identical to the BMR and Spohn "Race" LCAs. They are very good, but like all double-rod-end LCAs they will be loud on a street car. The double-rod-end design transmits a lot of road noise from your tires up through the body of the car.

I am looking to get LCA's, springs, panhard bar, and maybe a rear sway bar. My car is daily driven and will probably only see the track 3 or 4 times a year. I want something that will perform well and not cause much extra noise. Should I go with adjustable parts or not?

Adjustable or not: You need the adjustability to fix the geometry if you lower the car or if you get a 1-pc driveshaft. Since you are going to be getting springs, then you will need the adjustable parts.
For LCAs either BMR or Spohn is fabulous. They are essentially the same, so choose whichever you prefer. You need the adjustables since you are lowering.
For the springs, all of the major brands are good: BMR, Roush, Eibach, Steeda, etc...
As I'm sure most of you know from my constant preaching, I am fond of the "Combo" parts with one poly bushing and one rod-end. That is no exception for the panhard bar--and Spohn is the only company that I know of who makes a combo panhard bar, so that's what I'd recommend there. However if you want a double-poly bar then either BMR or Spohn would be good.
Don't forget that when you lower the car you need camber bolts and a front-end alignment. That is not expensive, but it is critical for safety and performance.

We are a big fan of Spohn components and have been selling them for years. When other companies started cost cutting and using crappy steel made in china rod ends,Spohn stuck with quality QA1 rod ends and and refused to degrade the quality to save a few dollars. Quite a few incidents later, most other suspension companies changed back to QA1 rod ends because of failures in race conditions. We also have always gotten incredible customer service and tech support from Spohn. Two thumbs up!
