If I ever get a s/c I would put those emblems on the hood scoop I'm hoping to get for my birthday!

I just ordered these - http://blueovalindustries.bluekeyinc...ts.php?pid=660- to stick on under the GT emblem on the side. What do you think?
Autobadges.com has on that's 3.7 inches long........that's the one I have. Someone pretty much has to be right next to you to see it.

I'd be more worried about someone trying to steal the car or strip it where it sits.

Are you sure you want to advertise???
Look nice though.
Thought about that and since I don't have uncontrollable testosterone levels I can ignor the intensely driven (pun intended) younger folks desire to suck me into an undesirable scenario. I'm in my second half of a century and just don't care about that. So...advertising is cool for me as long as it isn't emblazoned all over my vehicle. This is pretty subdued.

i think it's fine sherwood. why have the supercharger
if nobody ever sees it, hears it, or even knows it's
there.

plus, at the gas stations, fellow stangers will want to
ask you about it

Yep! The Kenne Bell is very quiet. Unless you know what that very subtle litte whine is you'd never know. It doesn't sound like the Saleen s/c, all gravelly and obnoxious. (IMO)
saleen....obnoxious?? man I have not heard any of those 2 descriptors...if anything my saleen sounds more like an old 350 hydromatic tranny when you put it in low...in fact its funny someone pulled up next to me the other day and asked what ya got under the hood...I sjust smiled and said...stock...he laughed and said BS....whats that whining noise..I told him my tranny was on the fritz..LOL...but then I disclosed the Saleen..he was laughing..anyhow as far as the badges....they are sharp...they will look good (IMO) but BOO HISS on you sherwood for describing the Saleen as Gravely...I wish mine had a little more whine...
Just tell them the throwout bearing is shot, they make one hell of a racket when they go.

I'm not an advocate of badging, but if it weeds out the idiots (ricers,) it might not be such a bad idea. Most idiots don't know the sound, they only know the badge (or sticker.)

Personally I'm the type of person who de-badges a car, but that's just one mans opinion.

DO IT! why waste your time with idiots that want to race, show them with the badge that you'll blow them away!

When I get my SC I'm taking off all theGT emblems and just using the "supercharged"one.
