Drag Radials with 18inch on front

Drag Radials with 18inch on front
I was wondering if it is possible to keep my stock 18 inch wheels on the front of my car and run drag radials on the rear? If so what size drag radials would work if anyone has done this or knows someone who has done this.
I know there have been posts about drag radials but I couldnt find anything related to this question.
