Default Please help / stock radio cutting out

All of a sudden my radio has been cutting out. It is not the power to the radio, but volume to the speakers. If i put a cd in, then the lapse time continues to count, but the volume cuts out then randomly comes on. This happens with the am/fm as well. The wierd part is that when i shut the ignition off, the volume somes back on. I'm thinking it is a lose connection but why would it come on when i shut the car off.
Please any help would be appreciated Thanks

I think I'm having a problem with 1 channel cutting out, or the volume decreasing to one speaker. It is fairly subtle, but I will suddenly hear a loss of midrange.

I had a Pontiac that would randomly shut off a couple channels. Pissed me off. I think that ghost has found me again.

yes in the northeast it has been raining out. I have not heard of any 2007 leaking though unless i'm wrong. If it was a water issue where is the most common place to affect it. I'm wondering if one speaker is shorting and causing all the speakers to lose volume. Keep it coming with suggestions Thanks a lot
if all else fails then i will have to remove the sct, and intake and warrenty up
