OK, I have a question for all... I was gonna change out my velcro chit to moleskin. Looking at my channel, I noticed that I dont have ANYTHING on that wiper part...??? Thought there was supposed to be some velcro of some sort. Ido have some velcro for the outside part of the window. Did my car get left out when they installed the velcro???

Mine seems the same way. But i do notice lines in my windows that wipe off.

Thanks Bill! I just got my moleskin in the mail and they've got some of your pictures and explanations in the instructions that they supplied. They know you do good work...like we've known for awhile.

Wow! 50%!?!? I think its 35% all around here in IN, but I've got 15% cause they don't really enforce it, and I think anything lighter than 15% would be a waste of money...I know people with 5%, but its hard to see out at night (i think that's a safety issue).
If you're only willing to get 35% because they enforce it or whatever, I'd go to Z-bart or somewhere that has all the UV protector in the tint to at least keep the heat and sun damage out.

awesome write up. Just to give everyone a head's up, i found this supplier of moleskin for MUCH cheaper. i know most folks have used the tintprotector kits for like $30, but this site has the same stuff for $5 shipped to your door. you get a 10ft roll. so far it's held up nicely!!

Tint Protector uses quality moleskin while the $5 stuff above is the generic moleskin felt.
Tint Protector moleskin will last years and years where the generic stuff comes off in the heat of the summer and leaves glue all over your tint.
They are also having their summer sale now.
