I've played around a bit with my exhaust. Borla's then straight pipes. Stock cats a off-road X pipe. If you want a great sound.....stock cats with straight pipes. Simple and Cheap. as far as rattle goes, check the clearance between the pan-hard bar and the exhaust. It's a tight fit around the rear axle. Other than that you could check the exhaust hangers for clearance between hook and rubber/brackect. Sweet]

And .. How did you adjust the Stingers to be aligned perfectly? Mine is sitting a bit low.
Loosen the mid-pipe clamps and over axle clamps. Have a helper align your tip within the bumper cut-outs (in, out, centering.. it's all adjustable), then tighten the over-axle clamp, then the mid-pipe clamp last.

Did you have to do a tune with the new h pipe so it does not set off sensors? And if so, how is it done?

If you already have a tune from brenspeed or most other places for that matter, your O2 sensors will be turned off already. if you don't have a tune I suggest you get a CAI/Tune first then worry about mid pipes. JMO

+1

Another option is to get a set of MIL Eliminators.

I got a guy in Boynton Beach that owns a exhaust shop that make custom h-pipes for any car. He only charged me $80.00 to make one for my 06

Anyone knowwhat size socket I need to remove the down-pipe to exhaust manifold? I know it's gonna have to be a deep socket but what size? I'm using Taco Bill's write up to plan my O/R Prochamber install. I wanna have everythingon hand before getting under the car and not have to run to the auto parts store to get the right socket size. Thanks!

I believe 15mm or 16mm but I cannot remember. Someone else might know for sure.
