Driver's window, squeaks on the rubber part-
 

I am hoping that I explain this right, my drivers window, squeaks really loud-like the window is scraping on a rock, but it is the rubber piece right up by the rear view mirror on the outside that is getting bent over. I have tried to straighten it, but I can't get far enough down in the door to straighten that out, anyone have any ideas before I bring it to Ford to fix? Thanks.
