Can you use the Diablo 87 tune and add a pre-built tune for a CAI with it?

Can you use the Diablo 87 tune and add a pre-built tune for a CAI with it?
I hope that made sense...
THe Diablo comes with the 87 octane tune, and other octane tunes.
And it also comes with brand and part specific tunes like steeda CAI etc
So, it is possible to use the 87 octane tune and add a steeda CAI and add that tune to the 87 octane tune? (all by yourself, no outside tune making)
