Until you've exhausted every avenue communicating with AM. They are a site sponsor and if its just a misunderstanding a post like this can deff hurt their sales.

I would not accept them. Who knows why they were returned in the 1st place, possibly some defect.
Stuff like this can happen. I dont think either Pypes or AmericamMuscle would do something like that on purpose.
Somehow my CDC ductail came open and pieces missing. Obvious shipper issue. But AM took care of it.
When I ordered my CAI and tuner from Brenspeed I got the V6 prototype that JLT was sending him to test, lol. Of course they did not want that to happen, they wanted that prototype!

I'm sure a phone call tomorrow will straighten it all out.

Yes def. call them first and see what the deal is before you go to the kitchen cabinet, reach up, grab, and open a can of WHOOP A**!!!

This is a no brainer...you pay for new you get new. But is it just me or does this thread read fishy...dunno its weird.

I emailed them... I'll wait for a response. You're right, if you pay for new then you should get new, even though I'm not extremely mad or anything...

And yeah probably a little too early to bring it on the forums. I thought for a second there that this was normal...

Call them and TALK with them by phone. Emails go only so far in communicating the message you want to convey.Speedyejl is correct - it is better to deal with them directly than posting it here (at least at this point). Also, if members ever have a problem with a MF sponsor, they should contact a Moderator or Administrator. In the past, MF management has worked with sponsors to resolve customer complaints by our members.

Not too long ago. My wife and I ordered a memory chip for our laptop from a company. It worked for a week and stopped, we called them up and said we would have to see the part back and see what they can do about it. I get an email stating the part was good and they would give us store credit minus like a 35% restocking fee. I was pissed. So I contacted the credit card company that I used to buy this part. They told us to see copies of our receipts and all emails. I did it and they took the charges off my credit card. They were so cool about it. They said they would go after the computer store for the money.

Like they said, take pictures and email it to them. If they give you a hard time called the credit card company if you paid for it that way. See if they could help you straighten this out.
