Default Wheel and tire time

Time to decide on wheels!

I'm giving these Steeda Pentar'ssome thought with a set of Nitto 555 Extreme Drag Radials for the street (they last longer, so an ok trade off compared to say the BFG's) and then ordering the Bullit cast offs with MT ET's mounted for the track from Brenspeed.

Wheels are far to personal. I personally don't like them......but I'm not buying them you are. If you are not in love with them then I would say to keep looking. When I choose my wheel I won't have to post a thread because no one will be able to change my mind.

......and I wouldn't give a $hit if others liked them or not.

I agree 100%, in the end it will be me but sometimes other eyes help point things out I might have missed, I'm not looking for approval just help. Thanks for an excllent reply! I'm not in love with thesewheels, the onesI like they don't make for the S197 and the very very few that I do like are priced at such a high price they aren't worth it.

Exactly!! I believe they have black innersavailable and these were on the bottom of my list, I seriously like the Halibrand style but damned if they don't make 'em for the S197 under 500 bucks a wheel.

I'd prefer a polished look really pops against the black body color... or white to compiment the stripes...

how wide are you gonna go... now that you have that Vortech.. you'll need some more meat!!!

I'm going 9.5 to 10 inches wide in the rear and thinking of going 8 inchesup front, I don't need to carve the road up, just stick to it. I want the biggest Nitto's I can fit back there for the street since I have the track side firgured out. I like the polished look as well but the Halibrand style is what I hope to find sometime soon.
