How many more are thereto come? There are already 20+ along with the regular S197s out there. Im not posting this tocomplain or anything I just think that with so many different special editionsout there its getting a little out of hand.

Thats all on top of the factory ones availible from Ford. Does anyone know of any others? I think itsgreat to havespecial editions but pretty soon there is going to be way to many of these around making them not so special. But dont get me wrong I still wish I could have some of those in my garage [8D]

The reason there are so many different models is that the car is so popular and Ford has to make hundreds of thousands of them to make any money! They need to appeal to every segment and price range.
But you do know that Ford doesn't make all these models, right?

i know ford isnt making all of them but they actually do make the stampede, cali special and pony package. so thereare 7 models available straight from Ford

The stampeedeisnt made in a Ford factory and the article dosent state any differently... Simply a dealer badge/sticker option. Not a Ford factory product like the GT/CS and so on. But i guess im splitting hairs. But i wouldnt catagorize dealer options as an official special edition as it has nothing to do with any factory option.
