I'm in the lansdale area with 15% tint. Haven't gotten a ticket yet, knock on wood. Also, I have not done the Moleskin thing. I read about it after I got my first scratch in the tint. The scratch hasn't gotten any worse, so I probably will do it soon and may have side windows re-tinted.
