Okay so today I ran the wire from my radar detector to my fuse box. This little adapter I have, doesn't fit on the mini-fuses, so I had to end up using one of these:

Anyway, after plugging it into slot #5 in the passenger kick box, I start the ignition, and I get no power. I flip this thing over, hoping I plugged it in wrong, and try again. Still nothing. I don't know what's wrong. I've got it grounded. Since the adapter that came with it didn't work, I cut it off and exposed the wires to push into that blue tube, and electrical tape it, to hold it into place.

Any ideas?

Well I'm gonna hardwire my bel radar today. I just mounted it on my dash right above the ac vents. Then I'm gonna run the wire under the silver IUP dash piece and hardwire it to my acc of the radio and ground it to the radio ground or some metal piece behind the radio. Should work fine. I'll take pics and post later.
