i was out for a little cruise and when i was just driving around the car was acting like i was flooring it, wouldnt shift till about 5500, and this went on for about 15 min. it stoped when it warmed up but its never done that to me. has this happened to anyone else, should i take it in?

personally i haven't had that happen to my 'stang but in my daily driver i know something similar would happen to me,found out it kept slipping in and out of neutral,took it to the shop got my trans flushed and all better,don't really know if it means anything to you butif it happends again take it in..that cars still new
