Argh. Predator only has 91 tune for JLT intake...
Installed JLT OEM select into my Predator.. I see its only for 91 octane. I thought I'd still have the option of 87... And Im full of 87... I guess I have to put the stock back on until I can fill up with 91?
This sucks.

Is there any settings on the 87 performance tune I could adjust for now to make the JLT run fine and safe until I can fill with 91 and put the JLT tune in?

I just put in the rest of the tank with 91 and used NOS octane booster which, according to an independant test, is the best booster at about +3.4 octane.
I ordered an 87 perftune from b+a+m+a so all will be well.

I am trying to understand why you would put a (CAI performance intake) on and then want to run an 87 octane tune, Oh well I guess I'm just stupid. If you have a diablo tuner you can easily modify the tune by retarding the timing a few degrees, then load the 91 tune and watch your engine light as you drive to see if the predetonation sensors cause it to come on. If the engine light comes on, read the codes with the diablo and see If the predetonation code is present, if it isthen modify the tune again by retarding the timing acouple more degrees. The only parameter change that would effect your lower octane fuel, is ignition timing. You probably won't have any issue with damaging your motor as the predatonation sensors will cause the computer to retard your timing by itself. By the way when it comes to octane boosters ya gotta read the fine print. most of them claim they will raise the octane by several points. In the real world 1 point listed on the bottle equals 1/10 of a point in octane increase.
