My mechanic has a 12.40 N/A, He removed every seat except drivers, moved the battery to the back, Custom CAI, Straight thru Exhaust with custom Flowmasters, DR tires, All the carpet is gone,evn in the trunk. Hes got a 5-Speed....

I ran a 12.704 @ 110.96mph with a full tank of gas, spare tire, and a 70lb sub and amp in the trunk.
This was at a crappy track with a 2.0 60ft. and i'm very capable of running at least 12.4 if I go with a quarter of a tank and without my sub in the trunk and spare tire. I could probably get lower if my 60 ft is really good around a 1.6-1.7.
I have basic bolt ons and stage 3 comp cams.
I also have a 100 shot of zex that I haven't used at the track that will put me well into the 11's.

UDP's, 93 oct.Dynotune, CAI, CMCV deletes,o/r h pipe, 3.55 gears, magnapacks, DR's, and a good driver got me in the 12.99's at 106.5mph with a 1.99 60' Suspension and 4.10's will get me a couple dot's down....

if you want to get into the 12's N/a? you need a grand total of 5 mods.
1. Cold Air Intake
2. A good tune
3. 4.10 gears
4. Sticky tires (not slicks, not E/t streets, just pretty much anything better than stock).
5. This last one is free, however, if you do not have this, your other mods will be rendered useless at the track.
GOOD DRIVER MOD.
you need to practice, learn how to launch, how to drive, and with those mods, 12.8x's should be a reality.
