Got an 07 GT Primum and the seats are leather, so is the streeing wheel.
As for other Fords. The 500 Limited (soon to be the new Torus) and Freestyle Limited (soon to be the TorusX) have Leather all way round except the thrid row seats on the Freestyle. Love them all.
