Another CAI/Tune question
Cant wait for the fallout from this
Anyways, I installed my CAI and tune several weeks ago, huge improvement. Only issue I had was that the idle would now hunt from 600-800 rpm. Emailed Fred at EVO he stated its normal, OK no biggie. A few weeks goes by and the rpm no longer hunts, I guess a good thing but the car doesn't seem to respond as it did when I first installed the tune. I am just used to the new setup or does the tune need reflashing occasionally?
I did reflash the tune the other day and the rpm is now hunting 600-800 rpm at idle and car feels more responsive.
What gives?
Thanks, and I am ready for the fallout.

RE: Another CAI/Tune question
prolly already is, but make sure TCS is disabled, that makes a difference. also, turn ur idle up a bit, see if that does anything for ya. i have mine close to 1000, i like it there.
