Can someone else confirm that the instructions call for 50 ft lbs of torque for the bolts? tr6nut informed me of this in the instructions and I just wanted to know if everyone torqued to this spec? The factory bar calls for 129 ft lbs.

Check out the Spohn line we sell. Top notch quality and a great reputation. Pricing is great as well. Stick with a proven product.

So are you saying that Spohn = good and Edelbrock does not = good? What would be your rationale? Neither Spohn or Edelbrock is a Mustang "specialist". Both make parts for GM and Ford. Both have years of experience (although I think Edelbrock gets the nod for more years). Seems to me that the only difference I can see is that you sell Spohn and don't sell Edelbrock. Hmmmmm.........

We actually sell Edelbrock as well. They make a lot of other great, proven components.

We are not saying Edelbrock=Bad but are saying stick with a proven brand when it comes to your suspension(countless amount of feedback on here about Spohn and very little about Edelbrock) when the pricing is about the same. There are lots of people using Spohn suspension components in racing applications with positive feedback. Edelbrock suspension components are relatively unknown at this point.

I think we all can appreciate what you're saying. But I do want to point out that it doesn't matter what a companies bread and butter business is. If the company has a reputation for quality, then you can expect that from anything they offer.

Let's be honest, the Mustang's suspension isn't rocket science. I would take a proven name in quality parts over a specialty company any day. Unless of course the specialty company also has a proven name in quality.......but I wouldn't discount the broad-range company just because they are broad-range.

I think in this case either Spohn or Edelbrock would serve the customer well.

I'm digging my Edelbrock adj panhard rod, very nicely made(and you must put a 90 degree zerk fitting on driver's side, kit only has two straight fittings, as the bracket on driver's side prevents putting a grease gun hose in such a tight area). I like the fact that the bushings and sleeves are factory sized and accept all factory hardware without having to guess if it'll fit. It all bolts in and, once adjusted, you're done.

Well I just can't win for losing!!!! Got my edlebrock panhard bar today and I didn't get any grease with it! It's says in the instructions that a tube of grease is included.

It does seem more rigid than the bmr bar which is good.

Anyone want to buy a slightly used bmr adj. panhard bar with poly/poly bushings. You will need a new set of bushing on the one side, i have extra inner sleeves though.

There's supposed to be a tube of grease. My bar had the same problem (no grease included). Just emailEdelbrock and they'll send you some. For regreasing, get a cartridge of super lube grease (http://www.super-lube.com/ ) that you can put in a grease gun.
