Hey guysI was just curious what was the lowest price you were quoted on a Mustang Whipple Kit because I am currently in the process of working out special pricing and I was just curious what everyone was being quoted on this kit so I know the ball park to try and get this system in or Lower.

Does the Roush use the stock airbox anda new intake tube? I actually like the way it's setup in the engine compartment. Doesn't look like it'll hit the firewall like the saleens are known for so changing the clutch should be easy peasy.

I think if you could get the black non-IC kit at or below the price you were offering the Saleen Series VI blowout prices on, you would have a good deal.

In my opinion right around 5K would be a good price on the IC kit in black, with polished coming in about $200 - $300 more for either IC or non-IC.

dude....thats a myth..(or improper installs) .I have a saleen and personally seen 5 installed in the area and none hit the firewall. i have at least 1.5 inches clearance on mine....I have seen some as close as 1 inch and some as far as 2 inch...none that I have seen or heard about hit the firewall....another yarn spun by someone...

No problem. And as I'm sure you're aware, the lower the better. I'm hoping to go with the Whipple later this summer because I just got hit with a bunch of other big expenses. But, if I could get a super-spectacular deal now, I might be able to be convinced to jump on it.

I'm really looking forward to seeing what you guys can do on the Whipple kits. Keep us posted.
