there is a rattlein my passenger side dash areaand its very annoying. it only happens when it cooler out side. i took it to the dealship so they could fix it but when the guy took it for a ride he could not hear it so i went with him. The bumps i hit on the way to the dealer that caused the rattle to happen no longer did because it got warm out side. So because he couldnt hear it there was nothin they could do for me. Does any know of any common rattling that has been happening in these cars that would be the source of my problem? if so how they fixed it?

Wow, we knowsome have problems withrattles, but guys take a chill pill! I don't consider mine a POS. Geez....if you are so unhappy with it, SELL IT!

I had a rattle from the passenger side A-pillar area. I removed the plastic cover, put some sticky-back foam camper tape on the back of it and it's now rattle free. Same thing with the plastic covers behind the inside door handles.
Have not had some of the other rattles (dash, etc) that some speak of.
A few rattles, especially when they are fixable, does not make the car a POS.

I just used some thin pieces of felt where the two meet.

ya there are rattles in numerous places in the stang. like a fellow stang driver told me, these cars are about asrefined astractors, lol. you can drown it out w/ mods like i do.vroom vroom, hahaor you could do what the other dudes suggest. and put pieces of felt or whatever where the two pieces meet.
