Is drilling neccessary in order to install the Saleen headlights?

Is drilling neccessary in order to install the Saleen headlights?
It seems straight foward however IDK if I want to risk it to do myself....Think a place like Mavis/Meineke would attempt it (doubt it but worth a shot)

The only drilling necessary is to mount the ballasts. It is very simple, but requires you to remove the front wheels and inner fender liner(takes all of about 1 minute to do).
