hey guys.. i reaalllllly need your help on this one..

depending on what you all say, i will most likely do..

first off.. i work at discount tire, let me just get that out there.. now i want to do a staggard setup, but with a taller, wider tire in the rear, and skinner lower profile tire in the front..

i would put drag radials to get the real effect out of having a bigger tire in the back.. but i use this car every day and dont want to replace that quick, and slip around all over the wet roads.. (i live in fla and its about to be the rainy season..)

so heres my ideas.. or choices..

please tell what setup you would choose
(i am going to include the side wall height, width, and overal diameter to make it easier)

if you have any more suggestions for the rears, or event he fronts.. please let me know.. i want to stay with the Nitto 555s..

size 18 x 9 up front and 18 x 10 on the rears

i want to do either a Chrome or Polished bullet.. or i was also thinking about a replica cobra the 05 style i think it is but in black..

big difference in the two..and i REALLY need you help on which to pick..

should i got for the blacked out, night rider type look, or the classic muscle car look with the chrome/polished bullits?..keep in mind the color (sig)

i really appreciate any help..

i like that idea i was thinkin the same thing. I would go with the 255 in the front with the 295 18 by 10 in the rear. I think that would really make the car pop. For the rims i'm a big fan of the all black rim so if you were goin to get the cobra Rs that would really look nice on your car. Either that or with a black rim with a polished lip, but i have been seein more of those around lately, and i dunno if you want to have the same look as others.

If you want that old school look, go with 295/45's out back and 255/40 or even 255/35's in front. That give it a nice raked look.

ya i really like the stealthy look of the alllll black wheels on a black/dark grey car, with blacked out lights and all..

but im not a fan of the black bullits wiht the chrome dish.. or any black wheel wiht the chrome dish.. either all black or no black..

so i figure id go with the chrome classic look.. even tho everyone and their mothers have the chrome bullits.. but alot of ppl have black wheels too..

so..

whatever..



also.. about the tire sizes..

i dont want to go too thin on the front.. so i think 35's woudl be cuttin it realllly close..and also dont want it to look wierd either..

i wish i could see what this looks like.. im nervous to do it and then not like it..

I was gonna go with 255/35 and 295/45s until I realized that I really don't like the size of 45 sidewalls. Now i'm going to run 295/40 and 255/40 if I can pick a rim to put them on.
