Part replacement under warrenty

Just too my 06 into midas to have a lil work done and a tech there noticed my right rear shock is broke and is leaking oil all over. My car is a 06 GT with areoun 14K miles. Should this be something covered under warranty?

Yup, unless you've done some suspention mods then expect the stealership to decline your warranty work.Any reason to bend you over...

Nope minus my axel backs i have no other mods.

What did he tell you? Have to order it? It is covered under the 3/36K.
