Removing the Wipers and Cowl...
Hey yaw -
I am in the process of intalling a 3 piont (Edelbrock) Strut Tower Brace on my 2005 and came to the part where I had to remove the wipers in order to remove the Cowl so that I can attach it to the fire wall..
I removed the nut but they won't budge... Any ideas? Am I missing something other than the nut?

RE: Removing the Wipers and Cowl...
I had the same issue when I installed my remote washer kit. The wiper arms would not come off.
Instructions call for a light tap with a hammer. Riiiiggggghhhht. NFW.
So luckily I had a small gear puller (you can get them at Sears). Yanked those babies right off.

I called Edelbrock and they said that there should be a clip... Did either of you find this to be true???
