my dad owns a GT500 (on the super snake list) and is what most of you guys would consider an old guy, he was around "back in the day" when the original gt500s were around and stuff. He drives like a beast, even I in my young age dont stand a chance racing him, hope that the guy driving the gt500 isnt like hammer said, and old enthausiast, who may look like your average 50-60 somethin guy who knows how to drive the **** outa these cars. but it would be a good race, get it on vid

0.8 seconds is a lot of car lengths.... The Shelby exceeded my expectations on every level. The finish is incredible, it's equal to a modded GT and the potential is there to get close to 900HP. I know 4 guys right now that are beyond 800hp on the stock motor and the beat the crap out of their cars.

I went thru a lot to get my GT to where it is including engine failures. I guess my point is, the Shelby only needs a 6K blower and you got yourself a pretty bad *** ride.

I haven't tested it yet but my tuner told me Ford tested the 500 to 170mph without the limiter. I wonder if that's why the back end sits so high.....

I dont understand...why doesnt ford put the 5.4 L engine in the mustang...un supercharged...Thats what they shouldve made the gt350
